As you will be aware, First Degree Systems has been part of the Compusoft Group since being acquired in early 2021 and today forms part of the Windows & Doors segment of the Group.

The Combined Business will be run by the best leaders from both businesses, supported by highly capable Compusoft and 2020 colleagues.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to complete in H2 2021. Due to both confidentiality and regulatory obligations, as you might understand, we are unable to go into further details on our combined future at this stage.
